Forgemasters Car Storage

If I could leave a zero star review - I would. I've called this business to inquire about car storage space mid October and been asked to send my vehicle and personal info over email and that I will receive a phone call the next day, so I did send all the info the same day. Not had a phone call for days, and decided to call again and ask for the update to which I've been told that all spaces are taken but other premises are being built to allow more car storage in the next 2 weeks or so, so I would get a phone call in a week's time. Never got a phone call so called again, the person I spoke to was busy and promised to call me the next day, which never happened. Every time I've called I was told that I'll get the phone call later, or next day, about 3 or 4 times, which never happened so by this time I was around a month into inquiring to store my car. Other places were outdoor storage or not local, which didn't suit me at the time. Either way, I did enquire with someone else, roughly 70 miles away and at a higher cost per space, and they had a couple of spots available at the time, So I've booked in the viewing of the premises for the upcoming weekend. I decided to call again, one last time to which I've been told that premises have been built and I have a spot to store my car 100% and that I will get a phone call before the end of the week to organize the initial meeting as I was on their 'priority list', which I was very delighted to hear, finally! So I called the other place and apologized and cancelled my visit. At the end of the week, no phone call, nothing, so I left it till next Wednesday to call again to which I've been told that they had to serve someone else before me and they will let me know when there is a spot available for me by the end of the week. Now, I've lost the spot with other businesses where I have booked in to visit and then cancelled as they were quickly booked in, and I still didn't receive a single update from Forgemasters. False promises, messing people around for over 6 weeks seems to be a good practice for them. Maybe my case is just a one off, but I definitely feel that I won't be recommending Forgemasters Car Storage or ever contacting them again.

Stored my car here for over a year now and always had an excellent experience. Very secure, I have a spot in the restoration barn and its a great place to work on my car.
