I don’t usually write reviews however I felt it was well deserved. Lucie Pywell was my solicitor for my first home, she was very friendly and helpful and was always letting me know of anything that had happened no matter how small of an update. I never once had to remind her to chase anyone because she was always on the ball. Whenever Lucie was not in work, I would still always get a prompt response from another team member! This is how to do it RIGHT! It took me 3 properties to eventually move into my first home and for the first 2 I used a different solicitor - Taylor emmet - it was a dreadful experience with them. It took 7 months for them to realise it was not possible for me to buy the first property and I was constantly chasing them. With Metcalfe David Eyres, it was the smoothest experience, didn’t take very long, was so much less stressful and most importantly, I didn’t have to do anything to keep it going! After the stress of going through 2 other properties, I am so grateful that the final time was relatively stress free. Thank you!
