I received excellent customer service from Beverly yesterday. I am disabled and had specific needs for an adjustable bed, mattress and pillows. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the most suitable choices. She was fully attentive to all my physical and cognitive issues throughout, ensuring I could rest, was safe and didn't feel pressured at all. She even saved me money by problem solving and suggesting an alternative I wouldn't have considered. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone needing help and support to purchase a new bed, mattress or even just accessories. I found it a shame that having spent well over 2 hours with us she won't receive any commission as this is given to the lady who first gave me a quote (whom was also excellent). I feel management should consider splitting the amount when more than one sales person has been this involved. Thankyou Beverly, your help was truly appreciated. Great coffee too!!

Came in today to look at buying a mattress, had a lovely warm welcome from Brad who asked about our needs. He recommended trying the sleep station and guided us through it. Explained everything to us and found us the perfect mattress and also perfect pillars too. Brad was Helpful and professional and even offered us a hot drink. Amazing experience at Dreams store in Sheffield! Kerry, the lady at the store, was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She wasn't pushy, gave us some space to try different options and look around, though was always there to help, listened carefully to our needs and suggested the most suitable options. The store itself has a great selection of very comfortable mattresses of different price range, pillows, bed frames, sofas, etc. We just came in “for a look” to see if we should order all in IKEA and ended up leaving with two incredibly comfortable pillows, plus ordered a mattress and a sofabed. Absolutely delighted with our visit, choices, and the fantastic support we received! Already using pillows for a few days and there's no more neck pain 🥹 can't wait for the mattress delivery! Highly recommend the store and products.

Brad, Kerry and Paula, did an excellent job of helping me sort through buying 2 beds for my new flat. I was aiming for the main bedroom to have a king and spare bedroom to have a double and they were kind, considerate and patient with me and my indecisiveness. Brad, despite being new to the job, did a great job of spearheading the transaction and walked me through multiple options and gave me great insight into all the options. Kerry and Paula were able to lend support when needed and the overall experience was brilliant. If this team are comparable with the rest of the dreams stores, then you are in for a good experience.
