AMS Recovery LTD

Our Polestar was unresponsive after the technician came to assess it. 'Jaz' Jasmine came out at 19h15, Saturday 22 November 2025 to tow our car. What a brilliant experience, she was professional, thorough, super competent with the cool 'tank like forklift type gadget' and super friendly. 10/10

After a shocking experience with AA, my Ambulance was recovered by AMS.The initial phone call I had in the morning filled me with confidence that the recovery would be done well and It was.The recovery driver, Yasmine was competent.cheerful and happy to help.She ensured that no damage was done to my vehicle whilst in the care of AMS and transported it safely to the garage. My experience with AMS and there staff is nothing but good, well done.

After filling with fuel on A64 our campervan wouldn't start. Our breakdown company sent along Yasmin from AMS Recovery Ltd. What a breath of fresh air she was. In no time at all she sorted out the problem, recharged the battery, made sure both myself and my wife were okay, made sure our campervan was running okay and sent us on our way. AMS what a star you have in Yasmin, she was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Would highly recommend this company, Yaz was super friendly and helpful and called us ahead of the pick up to let us know how far away she was. She took our car to the garage we requested and even called the garage ahead of the drop off to ensure we were OK to take it as it was close to their closing time, thanks again

Couldn't recommend AMS recovery enough. After a nightmare of a weekend away, being rear ended , AMS have went above and beyond to help My insurance passed my collection onto AMS , who came out super quickly and the recovery lad explained everything that was happening and where my car was going to be taken to and the next steps. We couldn't understand how the car was going to be a write off which he went into detail explaining why it was and why it would be dangerous to fix . This shed alot of light onto the situation and really helped to understand what was going on underneath, he also went out of his way helping me to get things took out my car like my dash cam as I was struggling. Couldn't thank him enough . Also a big thank you to the office staff/manager who also went above and beyond , being massive help during this time . I needed the car returned home which has been difficult to sort , up untill I rang AMS who have quickly been able to sort out the recovery of my car home along side my insurance .
