Really disappointed to be posting a 2* review. Had a lovely experience choosing some boots, customer service was amazing and incredibly helpful- I believe by the manager herself. Unfortunately when I got home I felt I’d got my choice wrong and decided to return for a refund. I couldn’t however find a receipt anywhere and am unsure I ever got one as I had signed up to the loyalty scheme and the purchase was registered against my name and address. I live nearly an hour away from the store so I phoned ahead to check I would be able to get a refund without a receipt. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, found my account and said there wouldn’t be an issue in me getting a refund because of the log of my purchase. However, when I made the trip, I was told in no uncertain terms by the manager who had originally served me herself, that I could only exchange or have a gift voucher. I was so upset! These were £120 boots that I really wanted the money back from and had made a special journey to sort out. I had the record on my bank statement of the purchase, they had the log of the day I bought them and what I’d bought but it was a definite no even thought I’d been told otherwise on the phone and I was told there must have been a miscommunication on the phone. So disappointed with the service I could have cried. Lovely shop, seemingly lovely people when you’re buying things but very disappointed with the after service.

Ordered before 1pm on normal delivery in the busy weeks before Christmas and received before 1pm the following day. Fantastic prompt emails explaining order progress and item arrived well packaged in perfect order. Will certainly treat the girlfriend with products from this place again.

I purchased a Schoffel Tilton 1/4 Zip Fleece Dark Olive size 8.This is a very good Fleece & am well pleased with it. The free pair of Schoffel Ladies Single Cotton Socks - they are just like normal socks & not very thick either. Delivery was next day & wrapped perfectly.

Great experience getting measured up for new long riding boots. Ordered two pairs in for me, good communication to let me know when they arrived. Saved them for me to try on at a weekend. Helped fit them and offer advice. Lovely customer service.
