My little boy absolutely loves his time at here. He attends preschool twice a week, and every time I pick him up, he’s full of stories about his day. The staff are so caring and make him feel happy and safe, and he loves Carols cooking!
Some staff lovely but overall would not recommend Basis needs not met, leaving babies to cry (including mine), manager unapproachable, no app updates on 1st proper day, nappy full of poo on collection, the list goes on.
Awful experience in the weeks our little girl attended this nursery. Basic needs not being met and poor communication. We had no choice but to pull her out and take her elsewhere.
Lovely nursery, caring staff and good communication through an app. Our child loves it.
