My favourite place for a pint in Hessle. Great rotating selection of craft beer, often collabing with Hull brewery Atom. Quiz night on a Friday at 7pm is always entertaining with a free round on offer. Great staff too!
The Pourhouse is a friendly, welcoming bar with great staff and a warm crowd. There’s a good selection of beers, including cans, and it’s the kind of place where you can meet interesting people—like a Guinness collector who enjoyed my Guinness jacket. There was a sign saying if you split the “G” on Guinness, you get a top-up. A relaxed spot that’s perfect for a casual drink and good company.
Called in last night, staff very nice. Place smelt as soon as you walked in of wet dogs. Not surprisingly due to the amount of dogs in there. One was clambering all over the seating area, not great for the next people who will come in and sit there!
Good place to go for a pint on Hessle Square, nice selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere too. Will be coming here more often.
Had a great time here with a private group. The lads behind the bar were spot on, knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of brews. Will return.
