Easily the best Chinese takeaway near me. Use regularly for deliveries. Very large menu, better than many. Clear description of dishes, arrived hot, very generous portions. Fast, accurate delivery, will continue to use.
The best Chinese takeaway in the area for sure! We have been using DH for a few years now. The service is so speedy and hot when it arrives. Last night we collected the order and were greeted with a lovely welcome. The food we collected was piping hot and most importantly delicious! The portions are always generous, including the amount of meat in each dish. Thanks to all the team at DH. We enjoy our Chinese treat!
My favourite Chinese in hull!! Been ordering from here for years. Salt and pepper chicken is very tasty and not soggy. Beef black bean is gorgeous too, lots of meat and veg! The only thing I would change is the curry, I like mine just a little more runny and spicy but I suppose that’s not for everyone. Other than that perfect Chinese and I think I would cry if this place every closed down 😂
I was told it was an hour wait - it was 1 hr 45 mins . Finally after ringing twice it arrived. No apology . The food was lukewarm and not very nice. The aromatic crispy duck was dry and it was not good value for money. The starters for two were only one of everything. Will not order again.
I brought our ice hockey team here, unannounced (twice), and they catered for us swiftly. Everybody enjoyed their food (hence us returning a second time).
