Such a shame bevause the food is nice but the last 3 times ordering has taken over an hour and half for the food to be delivered and has been cold when arrived. No apology or anything offered. Probably won't order again.
Overall usually a lovely takeaway however, ordered tonight at 8pm, was told at 9:40 it would be leaving in 5/10 minutes but didn’t arrive until 10:15! Foods usually great but couldn’t eat the donner wrap it was soaked in grease, such a shame really. Drinks was also forgotten but the delivery driver did resolve this so thank you for that!
Order a 12inc viking boat and it came in 10inc box so I ring them up and the attitude I get of them was unreal. yeah I ate it cos thay wasn't prepared to sort this out for me and bring me a 12inc viking boat but I'm band for telling them this is false advertisements but food is so tasty but staff attitudes are horrendous
We order regularly from here and it is a really nice takeaway but a delivery time of almost 2 hours is not good enough. We were informed a hour and 15 mins. After 1 hour and half we were told it was going to be 15 mins. Now getting on for 2 hours.
Fantastic! Oddly, I'm not a huge pizza fan, most places are either too tight with toppings, provide thick bases, or just lack va va voom. Not The Mill Grill House, the pizzas are absolutely perfect (from my perspective), and the chips are amazing too, very Hull, and by crikey, they're seasoned, but so so moreish. I have no hesitation recommending them, I only hope they're around for years to come, and please don't change the hot lips, my favourite pizza!
