After a long day of travel from Canada to the UK, I stopped at The Norland for dinner — and I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. Hayden, our server, was truly amazing. He greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel instantly comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness stood out throughout the evening. He had great recommendations, made sure everything was perfect, and carried such positive energy that it completely turned my day around. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely elevates your dining experience, but Hayden absolutely did that. Thank you, Hayden, for making my first night in the UK such a memorable one! The Norland is lucky to have you.
Went in for a visit, was seated quickly by a member of staff. However, we were placed on the 'Adult only area' which was fine but has no TV so only got a small view of the football. Ordered food on the app and it took around 30 mins to arrive we ordered Hunters chicken and a Mediterranean chicken both tasted great! Drinks were fine and served quickly at the bar. Toilets are also very clean and modern.
What a day/night, fantastic service, food and atmosphere!! Our favourite pub by far, thankyou so so much to Billy boy (landlord) Henry, Betty and the rest of the staff for our besties gender reveal, nothing is too much and we appreciate that beyond words, fantastic night 💙💙💙💙
Family meal out and the food is ALWAYS great! Can't fault the staff either and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Ellie served us and she has a very friendly demeanor
Always looked after. I cannot fault them at all. Will has taken over the norland and he is absolutely brilliant. He will do well here. He's great with my child too. Same staff as previous landlords are perfect as always
