Hands down, the best burger in Hessle Square, no contest. Everything about it is spot on. Handmade patties, cooked Italian style on a flat iron griddle until they’re just right, juicy, smoky, and full of flavour. The brioche bun is fresh and grilled to perfection, holding everything together without falling apart. It’s a proper burger, not your usual mass produced nonsense. Craft Burger! What sets it apart is the level of care and creativity. You get all the toppings you can think of...things like Parma ham, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, and all the extras done right. Burger sauce, pickles, peppers, onions, just ask and they’ll take care of you. It’s a proper bistro style burger from a takeaway that actually knows what they’re doing. Chef Hassan clearly takes pride in his craft, and it shows. It’s a real treat having something like this in town. I was at Prezzo the other night and they couldn’t even tell me if the burger was made fresh or trucked in from somewhere else. That says it all, really. This place doesn’t just serve food, they do good food. Massive respect to Chef Hassan and the team. Burgers like this deserve recognition from the gastronomy census, no joke. If you haven’t tried it yet, get on it.

Was in the area last night 26/06/25 as husband had an appointment at a nearby clinic. I googled the area first where to grab some takeaway food for our tea and decided to order from here. So glad we did. Absolutely amazing pizzas. Best we've had in a long time. We ordered a couple of 12 inch pizzas 🍕 and scoffed the lot. We've both agreed it would be worth the 40 minute drive to visit again. The young man serving was also really pleasant, and as we waited outside for our order, he brought it out to us when it was ready. 10/10 !!! 😊

Amazing restaurant worthy food! As a pasta lover myself 🍝 I would say this is better than most restaurants I’ve eaten at!! Came around 20 minutes which is perfect and all still hot ready to eat! 😁👍🏻

I have been visiting Love Italian everyday whilst working in the area. The owners always provide a warm, welcoming service and always put their love and attention into the food. The food has always been of a high quality standard and provides an authentic feel of Italy. I would definitely recommend to eat at this place not only for the food but for the environment itself. Thank you to everyone who has served me at this place I will be back :)

The only place we go to for Pizza local, always delicious hot fresh food, never lets us down and the staff and lovely!! Home made burgers are the best too! No sloppy dog food burgers here! 100% beef! Stroganoff is belting too! I would like to suggest a loyalty scheme though as you don’t do any deals or offers. But you get for what you pay for and we will always return.
