Took my son here tonight for a trim, asked for the top and fringe to be left long, sides shorter. During the cut, whilst my son was asking for less to be taken off, and so did I, the guy kept cutting and now I have a very disappointed son who does not have the hair cut he wanted. He had been growing his fringe for a long time and only wanted a trim! We didn't notice quite how short it had been cut in the shop, as they guy styled it and added a lot of product without being asked to

I visited with my son on Saturday, we both had a hair cut. My son has the top of his head braided so just needed a short cut back and sides, nothing touching on the top. I had a skin fade cut and he shaved my neck below my beard. No hair wash, didn't touch my ear hair, nose hair or eyebrows, which you would expect. I was charged £45. I almost fell over. The shop is very smart and clean but I felt totally ripped off. I have had better overall treatment for half the price elsewhere. I have just been in to talk to the guy and was met with a load of excuses. Great if you want to pay way over the top for mediocre service. I will be going elsewhere next time.

Best haircut I've ever had probably. Even better value for money than a haircut in Kenya that cost £3 and came with a head massage that made me feel reborn. Dealt with a complaining customer who was shouting and berating him very well also, top professional. Will be returning!
