I took my son in this morning for a haircut and they were so good with him. Really quick, professional, kind and when he abruptly said "no hairdryers" it wasn't an issue. Would 100% recommend!

Found HFM when searching Google for the best barbers in Hessle, walked in without an appointment and got seen to very quickly, and the best haircut and fade I’ve ever had from Bick, I will be back again frequently (or as long as I have hair at least 😅).

Please note that this review is of the barber and not the salon. However, I was very disappointed in my experience. I took my son there (mixed race but has Caucasian style hair). The lady that cut him was extremely impatient, wouldn't wait and listen to what I was trying to advise her. She kept on talking over me. She made us feel like we were wasting her time and rushed us out. It literally took 15 mins to cut his hair where it normally takes about 40 mins. When going to a barbing salon, you want to feel welcome (the lady who greeted us in and booked the apt did do this) but we felt like we were an inconvenience by the barber. I left not satisfied with the haircut at all but wasn't getting anywhere with her. You hear a lot about supporting local businesses but it's up to the business to retain and attract customers.
