I had an amazing experience at the nail salon yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. I was warmly greeted at the door and offered a variety of drinks to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure I was comfortable. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The staff here are genuinely lovely (even ‘silly Billy’) 🤣, they make you feel welcome and appreciated. They take their time and don’t rush you in and out like a lot of other salons. I usually use a competitor in the area however I’m glad I’ve come across this salon as I think I’ll stick with them from now on. Great offers at the moment too. Keep up the great service 💅🏼 🥰

Where do I start. Such a warm welcome from every single person who works here. I was offered a drink straightaway. There was a choice of all sorts, tea, coffee, soft drinks. I had my acrylics removed first and then I opted for a pedicure. I have to say it was the best I’ve ever had. The chairs were amazing. The lady was wonderful, chatty and friendly. I then had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and in the middle of all of that, crisps were offered too. It’s the attention to detail here, it’s second to none. Such a lovely clean place too. I have now found my new place to go. 10/10

Visited salon for first time today, I was anxious as had just had a very bad experience at another local salon over the weekend, but I could not have been made more welcome, and offered more drinks than at any other place I have been before. What lovely staff, including Billy who did my pedicure, I have to say best pedicure I have ever had, Billy so chatty and funny. Then on to hands, staff knew exactly what I wanted and advised me so expertly, I had soak off of BIAB and have gone back to acrylic as it suits me better. If you are looking for a warm friendly, clean and professional salon, look no further than Hessle Nails & Spa. 2nd visit 29/09/25..acrylic infills, again a really great experience, I have found my (happy place for all my nail needs) will try eyebrow tint next time.....thank you all at Hessle Nails & Spa....you are great.

Lovely experience will definitely return! Went in for builder gel and something pretty and they did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and lady helped me choose a nice lemon design 🍋 because i am so indecisive she was so patient with me. Nail art is fantastic! (I Wont lie i have used both other similar nail salons in Hessle and their customer service is appalling not to mention their made up prices!) I will be using here in future and treating myself to a nice pedi next! 💛
