We purchased a BMW X1 from Adam last weekend. He was super helpful and kind from beginning to end and called us to follow up after purchase. Brilliant experience throughout. I decided to swap my old car for an upgrade as my PCP agreement was ready for renewal. Bought the car online and paid for delivery as I was hundreds of miles away. I asked about any damage and none was disclosed. Upon delivery there was plenty of damage specifically to the boot. Sections cut away in the parcel shelf, sections cut away into the boot plastics, anchor points missing, lights not working to name a few points. At first their attitudes towards a resolution were brilliant but this then dragged on and on. We are 3 weeks on and not really any further forward. They have said they will sort mechanical defects but all the cosmetic damages they won't touch. Had this been disclosed i wouldn't have paid £20,000 for the car.
