Hatfields Jaguar Hull

I purchased my new car last week (OMODA 5 KNIGHT - BLACK) and was delivered very quickly. I picked up my new car from Hatfields Omoda and the service was beyond what I expected. Chris Hall was amazing all throughout the process and kept me up to date with the delivery etc. Chris deserves some recognition for the excellent service that was provided.

We had a break down recently and the car was taken to Hull. We live in a village with poor transport connections. We were told that the repairs would be done as quickly as possible. At all stages we were kept informed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. After the car had gone in my husband was admitted to hospital, which isolated me even more. It was, very kindly, arranged for the car to be delivered back to me, rather than my having to try to get to Hull to pick it up. Excellent service all round. I'm extremely grateful.

From our first visit Chris hall showed us professional attitude and made us feel welcomed making us a coffee and explaining everything in detail.. and when we placed our order Chris would keep me updated on delivery times even when we came to collect the vehicle Chris explained and showed us everything we needed to know.. I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my car from Jaecoo from start to finish. Matthew was very helpful, calm and patient. He was knowledgable and had experience of the car, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service and sales. I also have a few questions about the car, which Matthew has agreed to go through with me, so also happy so far with the after sales service that Matthew has provided. I just got my omoda 5 night Best sales man Ben Gray I have had a lot of cars in my day but can say with 100% Ben is the best sales man I have ever met should me ever thing about the car very attentive towards his customers and Makes a lovely cup of tea never had the experience of pulling a sheet of off My Car which was a new experience for me. I can wholeheartedly say this man is such a gentle gentleman 100% with all the things he does in his job smartly dressed polite lovely attitude best experience ever won’t forget it any time soon great people 100% on Ben :-)))))))
