I am very disappointed with my experience using this website. After purchasing a car, I quickly ran into several issues with the vehicle. I reached out to their customer service team in the hopes of getting the problems addressed, but unfortunately the support I received was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite multiple attempts to have the faults resolved, the company made little effort to fix the situation or offer any real assistance. What should have been a straightforward and positive process turned into a very frustrating experience. Given the poor quality of the car and the lack of accountability from customer service, I cannot recommend this website to others

I financed a vehicle through InterestFree4Car and within 6 months began experiencing mechanical issues. Based on how early these problems arose, I believe the vehicle may have come with underlying issues at the point of sale, I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and ensure they arrange independent inspections before committing.

Bought a car from interest free a month ago. When you speak to the people on the phone,they have a very dishonest tactic that you need to choose the car before coming into the store and do a hard check on the finance when you can just go in and view the car. Also you need to make sure that the specification of the car is the same as the one mentioned on the website. The website mentioned that there was a (Tech pack) on the vehicle only to find out after that it wasn’t there. Was told by the sales adviser that the website is maintained by a 3rd party and it’s my responsibility to ensure the features are advertised. Once the sale was completed, was passed off to the side so the sales advisor could see another customer, just expect a bit better customer service.

I purchased a car from this company after being reassured the car would be in good condition. I noticed an issue with the breaks within the first few weeks. Despite raising this concern multiple times and being advised by family members in the trade to get it looked at, the issue still hasn't been properly addressed. I've called several times without much progress, and my email outlining my concerns has yet to receive a response. Very disappointed with the quality of the service I’ve received from what I believed to be a reputable and trustworthy company. Would not advise buying from here!
