From the first phone call (I spoke to Heather), she got Clive to ring me back to answer any initial questions I had about the car. Clive returned my call and provided the information without a shred of pushy sales technique. I visited the next day along with a trusted mechanic to look over the car. Clive was off that day and Richard stepped up, referred to a couple of planned works, and suggested I test drive the car. During the test drive I parked up and my mechanic carried out a comprehensive check and had no major concerns of the car (confirming replacement components that were already agreed at Livingstone), as a result I proceeded with the purchase. The work (2 component parts to be replaced, a minor paint remedial and a valet) was required to ready the car. That work was done and I drove away with the car a few days later. There was a factory recall on the vehicle and Richard organised the remedial work by the manufacturer as a priority. The people at Livingstone Motor Group (Hull) set the standard for quality car sales. Seriously the team (Heather, Clive, Richard, Will) at Livingstone Motor Group (Hull) are dependable, approachable and reliable and you can visit knowing you will be treated with respect and professional courtesy.

Out looking for a car for my partner yesterday and after pulling up outside we were approached by Richard a wonderful friendly salesman who put us at ease straight away and we found him very knowledgeable about the car/make we had come to look at. He was very understanding when we said we had others to look at before making any decisions.
