Recently bought a new Seat Atecta for my wife from here and I was really impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. This especially includes the salesman who helped me, Andy, who was arranged videos of the car, gave me a fair price on my part exchange, was never pushy but let me work to him rather than the other way around. I think the online system for signing contracts, prior to visiting is fantastic and took a lot of the hassle and time that can come with a big purchase like this out of the equation. Car was in great shape but you could also tell the detailing was done to a high standard. All in all very happy with my experience and even more happier with my car. Well what a surprise, in the market for a new car, and had researched several Marques, KIA, HYUNDAI, VW, SUZUKI, Vauxhall, Ford DACIA and MG. All online, so when we went to physicaly check them out, we by chance stumbled on SEAT and decided to make it our first stop as we had not really looked at them. We were greeted by Aimee who made a very strong impression on us. So after 3 days of looking at least 6 different vehicles and meeting some individuals who "you wouldn't buy a used car from" let alone a new one we returned to test drive and buy our new Arona SE Tech. 80% of the reason for us choosing this vehicle was the car, but 100% was Aimee, who was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and who allowed us to decide for ourselves without feeling as if we're being herded towards the best sale for her. This level of customer service stood out as it is not very commonplace sadly. We initially dealt with Sam and then with Andy. From our initial telephone enquiry through to collecting the car, everything was handled in the most capable and professional manner. The customer service we received, and the level of product knowledge and professionalism from Sam and Andy far exceeded that of our local dealer, indeed, many car dealerships could learn a lot from this dealership. Everything about the sale was handled smoothly with no issues and Andy even came in on his day off for us to collect the car as that was the only day we could get there to collect as we live a 2hr drive away.
