The staff are really helpful and friendly but unfortunately the part purchased was not fit for purpose and had a fault so had to be returned. The part was purchased via one of their suppliers, but neither parts plus or their supplier was interested in refunding the loss incurred for extra labour charged by the garage for having to remove the headlight again to take it back, then switching again to put the new one in. Neither company are interested and would rather blame each other. Really disappointed as you don’t expect to be out of pocket when you buy a part brand new.

Very poor customer service. As a business with an account at parts plus, I can safely say after todays experience this will be closed and we will not deal with this company again. Extremely disappointed with the service received. Visited Ford Main agent who handled our request without fault, they are now our go to for genuine Ford Parts.
Quick and easy,very helpful. Ordered wrong part but correct one in stock and sorted straight away.
Easy to order. Same day availability if you order early in the day. I will definitely use for future Ford spares.
