Hessle Hand Carwash and Valeting

I have been here several times and usually receive an acceptable service, always paying the same amount each time. On this occasion, I was told the cost would be £30 instead of the £25 advertised. I politely explained that I have always paid £25 and that the advertised price states “from £25.” The condition of the car was no different from previous visits. While parked, I courteously gathered my belongings and placed them in a bag to make things easier. I also placed a small amount of rubbish in a bag, which the driver then threw back into my car through the open window in an aggressive manner, saying, “I state the price, not you.” I was willing to pay the advertised price, but when I said I would rather leave it and go elsewhere, his response was hostile and intimidating. I felt very uncomfortable and quite shaken by the experience.

Without doubt the best Car Wash in East Yorkshire. Nothing too much trouble. Wouldn’t use any other Car Wash. Excellent service and great staff.
