Peeler House Surgery

Where was the contact telling your patents that you selling out and forming this mega sized monstrosity of a practise. I joined your practise from Hessle Grange because it was a small community doctors where you could be treated as a person and not a number. Had no email, phone call, letter telling us of your intentions. not even a redirect on your old telephone number, just does not exist anymore. Pure Waffle that this is protecting and is good for the patents. Its good for your pockets and bank account to sell out your principals and patients, thanks for making me feel that I don't matter again.

I moved here last year from Hessle Grange. I wish I'd done it years ago. The staff and efficiency here are far far superior to the dire service received at Hessle Grange. The receptionists here are so much more friendly and approachable. So much easier to get an appointment too. Imagine my disappointment and horror to find out today, on good authority, that Peeler House is going to close down and MERGE with Hessle Grange 🤯 I am absolutely at a loss as to know why??? Hessle Grange can't cope now without adding to their commitments. Why oh why can't Peeler Housr be left alone to continue giving the excellent service it currently gives instead of having to merge?? The service at Peeler House is 💯% I fear with a merge that will fall to, at best 60% . PLEASE LEAVE PEELER HOUSE TO CONTINUE as is

The southern lady that works here has the charisma and people skills of a dried up tomato. She literally believes she is a doctor when all she is, is a receptionist, terrible attitude and makes an ill suffering patient feel worse. She is the reason I changed my doctors. Stay clear till she goes.

Excellent From the ladies at reception to the nurses and last but not least the doctors. It's been a difficult 18 months but peeler house have been Fantastic to myself and partner and I'm very grateful they're our local practice.

Absolutely useless doctors who have no idea what they doing one is super fast to google every problem and the other super slow never got the answers wanted will be changing the doctors. Receptionists are good though.
