AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. where to start....this company are shocking they will let your landlord disconnect your boiler for numerous months then tell you must leave beacsue of structural damage! They will bully you using threat of bailiffs are comin when there not, this is actually against the law check it up they clearly dont know there job nor do there solicitor. They will blame the tenants for boiler breaking saying its tenant responsibility to keep pressure top up yes every few months yes but not every hour if needs toping up every hour clearly there a big issue dosent take plumber or Einstein to work that one out! This was mentioned back in January been without hot water and heating since August! The stress this is causing on my health aswell is shocking all they do is pass the book when ask them to fix this the landlords has legal responsibility to fix broken boiler especially in winter within 48hrs and they haven't provided any alternative heating! Is this a company you want as landlords to represent your home and your name is this company you as tenants would rent from when no works get carried out and there not understanding in anyway shape or form! We live in house that cold and damp with no heating and hot water we moved in we clearly stated there was damp at the viewing and still no works carried out to prevent it worsening this is shocking. I would highly recommend AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
