Cannot recommend this garage enough. They fitted us in at short notice and got the problem solved straight away. They are reliable and keep you informed of what is wrong with your vehicle and a timescale and cost. They are incredibly efficient! Thank you so much

Can’t fault the guys at Hookems in Hessle. Had my BMW M5 in recently for discs and pads all round alongside a heater blower replacement. These guys have offered nothing but fair prices great advice and great service. All the staff friendly and great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Brought my fiat 500 in for an MOT, which unfortunately failed ! Quoted me £300 for the work that needed doing which was a kick in the teeth. But when I went to pick my car up they told me one of the repairs that was quoted wasn’t actually needed which cut the bill to more than half. Being new to all this just passing my test in November and being my first car I was clueless and I think a lot of garages wouldn’t of been so honest and maybe took advantage of my little knowledge about this stuff. Highly recommend a very honest garage . I will never go anywhere else from now on . Thank you :)

Only just found about this garage and this will be my new garage going forward and will recommend to others. Went last minute to get my AC sorted, they did it right away and I now have ice cold AC, which is a bonus in this heat. Asked about future service & MOT, prices are extremely fair and they don't rip you off, like other garages. Garage reception is lovely and staff are fantastic. Would 100% recommend. They also have a garage down Hedon Road.

First time taking my car here. Developed a fault and needed it fixing asap. I took the car in and they looked at it straight away. Diagnosed fault (broken spring) and squeezed me in their busy schedule and said could fix same day or probably the day after. Got a call about 3 hours later saying it was all done! Can't fault them so far and wil be going back...
