First time dealing with Mercedes Hull. Absolute delightful experience , from my very first call , dropping off my vehicle , the speed of the works being carried out ! The updates on work in progress, to completion. Collection of my vehicle . Whole process absolutely outstanding!!!

Just wow. Absolutely fantastic, very polite customer service. I was asked for my car to be picked up and drop off after MOT and service. All has been done in few hours with smile. Highly recommended. 5 stars from me. Thank you very much. Very happy customer Joanna

I really appreciated the free Health Check and the opportunity to discuss issues witht the mechanic direct. Hard to complain when its free however the timings promised and delivered dropped the score. Its a pleasant enough surrounding to sit and wait however on booking I was told 30 mins wait. On arrival and handing the keys over this became 45 mins. I arrived a few minutes early before 1pm and noted for almost 15 minutes the car sat on the apron unattended . At the 45 mins mark I expected the car back but at 1 hour 10 mins I had to ask for my car, as I needed to get to a Doctors appointment. It still took another 5 + mins to get the keys to my car and it made me late.........

Polite, efficient and accommodating. Took the car in at midday and was ready for just past 4.00 pm after a service and MOT.
