My GP sent requested for my medications to be sent to this chemist. After following on with them by phone to confirm medications ready I was told my their staff to provide my number and they will contact me when medications ready by text message. One week after I was still waiting so I phoned them up and they said the medications ready. What’s the point of asking for my number when they never contacted me to let me know it was ready? I must of waisted few days while needing the medications while their text messaging service is not working.
Was in Hessle for appointment elsewhere . Popped in to see about booking for a flu jab was told they could fit me in straight away filled in form and waited 2 minutes and was dealt with straight away . Easy and quick saved a return journey 5 star service thank you to the Great staff at Cohens Hessle.

Fantastic service as always from Lisa (Pharmacist) and the team. They are caring, compassionate and friendly. Any query I've had they have took their time to help. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer/patient is first. 5*. P.s. love the Christmas costumes also, bringing in some Christmas cheer.
