I didn't know that Hessle has a good ol' fashioned bookshop..! Where you can talk to a person not a computer and browse to your hearts content..🙂 There are one or two single spaces nearby but its best to park in the main carpark which is 3mins walk away.

Beautiful independent store, has a hushed and reverent atmosphere - suitable considering the amount of Christian literature, which is a standout feature with a large portion of the store dedicated to this; staff are very helpful and passionate

Lovely little local shop that sells all sorts. If they don't have it in stock they get it very quickly. Lovely lady who owns it remembers her customers, is very helpful and knowledgable. Much better than going to one of the big chains

This is a gem. Lovely staff, and the book ordering is very quick. I had my books by the next day!
