I was having issues with my personal computer and I rang up Computanet to resolve my issues. I gave them access to my computer and instead of clean, concise troubleshooting, they opted for going on Google and saving several images of Sausage Rolls, Bacon Buns with Ketchup and Pork Pies whilst laughing at me down the phone. I asked why they would treat me so cruelly and they replied with "calm down Ramadaniella, it's just a laugh." This business shall be taken down, Alhamdulillah, I will hold a prayer in order to curse this wretched business.

We have moved our IT support to these guys, early impressions are excellent. We certainly had outgrown our old support provider and these guys are years ahead!
