Pricing is ridiculous. Just because an item might have fetched one price online from someone specifically looking for it, doesn’t mean it will fetch the same from someone who has stumbled upon it, at a trip to the tip. The staff pricing things are blind to the demographic of the area. While they are a charity and have money to make, they will stop themselves making money by pricing out potential customers. As seen in their replies to reviews, they refuse to accept this, despite it being a repetitive complaint. They would gain more custom with lower prices. This is a charity shop not a boutique and they must understand that they have an HU postcode, and their shop is next to a tip. Lovely concept but horrendous execution. They could earn more and shift more stock, pricing lower. Terrible business model.

I went up to this place a few weeks ago and it's brilliant! Although I'm not one to take what I don't need I've found some fantastic things including pictures, vases and a couple of storage units of very good quality. Some things not too cheap but when you weigh up what they'd cost in a shop their still a bargain. Love the place and staff also very friendly and helpful.

I attempted to buy an item they had listed online. Communication was awful, with rude people answering the phone, to staff seemingly too busy to measure items or talk in a friendly customer focussed manner. It was an experience I would not wish to repeat.

I want to point out that this is supposed to be a charity shop. THEY GET THINGS FOR FREE. The prices are ridiculously high. Its run more like a private business. Very very expensive. I have been to a lot of charity shops and this one takes liberties.
