Excellent service. Purchased a funeral spray for the coffin at our father's funeral. Ordered by phone as we're not local but the lady discussed our requirements thoroughly and the results were beyond our expectations. Thank you.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mums birthday for next day delivery. She's just called and very happy. Said they were very beautiful. The delivery was prompt and the lady I spoke to over the phone to take the order was very helpful. Many thanks.

Excellent Customer Service. I placed an 'Interflora' order at 'Wharrams'. Maya was extremely helpful in explaining both the flowers in the order and the whole process - important as the flowers were intended for a relative who is very ill. Unfortunately we suffered a bad experience both with the quality/ quantity of the flowers and the other florist. This was nothing to do with 'Wharrams' but Maya contacted Interflora, explained the issues and secured a full refund. She didn't have to do this but she cared and has high standards of Customer Service. I cannot speak highly enough of 'Wharrams' and would recommend them without hesitation.
