Went into The Bathroom Showroom today on the off chance for a part that I was missing when installing my new shower. Colin was nothing less than fantastic and his out of the box thinking made sure I went home with the right part to fit the shower. Without him I would have been absolutely lost for a solution today. Thank you so much Colin, will definitely be returning to TBS in the future.

My Mum recently bought a bathroom here. The first bathroom she has bought on her own in 91 years! The whole experience could have been massively daunting but Claire guided Mum through the process with suggestions, kindness and professionalism. It's now fitted and she is thrilled. Thank you.
