Fantastic service received here. Needed a piece of skirting with a design we could not exactly match when looking in other stores. Storeman went above and beyond to help us, managed to find the design we have been after. Delivered for free a few days after. Can’t fault the service we received not one bit! Thank you.

The customer service has gone down hill recently and as a 12 Yr account holder in one week I was overcharged by £40 and a plumber in Scarborough managed to put 10 items on my account. After ringing to complain and close my account I was told to wait as the manager would ring to speak to me....no call. They clearly are doing so well they don't need to hang on to valued customers.

Priced up a couple of fence panels from the biggest local DIY store. They were poorly constructed and the store wanted an order of £100 for free delivery?! MKM panels are far superior quality with free delivery. Arrived on time and staff who delivered even carried them to the back of the house. Brilliant service, thank you.
