Really great jewellers. I took my engagement ring in after I accidentally knocked the diamond out of place (again) and Shaun took the time to go through the various options with me in terms of making it the most sturdy and future proofing. He managed to reset the ring lower into its setting to make the claws holding the diamond in more substantial and therefore more robust. This was much cheaper (approx £1000 less) than the alternative which was to replace the whole setting! Shaun also spent clearly a good amount of time polishing it. I genuinely have never seen it so clean and sparkly. It had a scuff on it and that’s nowhere to be seen either. The price of the work was extremely good value and I’m definitely considering coming back to buy my wedding band from him! Turn around was really good too, I think approximately 10 days in the shop but I’m aware Shaun was off for a number of those too so the repair was done really quickly compared to other jewellers I’ve used. Genuinely really recommend and I will be coming to him for pretty much everything jewellery related going forwards!

I would like to thank Shaun for doing amazing work on redesigning my wedding ring. I went to him with an idea and he made it a reality. I did have to wait longer than I expected but I can only say it was so worth it. I collected my ring today and words fail me it totally exceeded my expectations, Shaun showed me pictures and videos of the whole process so I now can understand the slight delay in the completed process. The workmanship is amazing. The staff in the shop are lovely, professional and attentive, each customer is served with knowledgeable and they are extremely helpful and so welcoming they are a credit to the shop. The shop is lovely with some beautiful items I love to look at what the shop can offer. Shaun has now worked his magic on a few pieces of jewellery I have taken in for advice. Thank you so much for restoring memories in my ring.

As someone else has said — it’s a shame you can only leave a five-star review, because this jewellers is truly exceptional! The staff are absolutely lovely — friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. The shop is spotless and welcoming, with a great selection of pieces, with well-known brands and stunning pre-loved items. They’re always quick to help and provide accurate quotes, either on the spot or with a prompt call back. Since moving to the area, I’ve visited several times and have always left delighted. I’ve bought a beautiful necklace for a special event, had a watch resized and a snapped necklace repaired (both done within minutes and cost under £20!), and most recently had my engagement ring size reduced by *five* sizes — ready within a week and looking brand new, and for only £59 (which I thought was excellent value!) I am absolutely amazed and am hugely thankful for their service! Their prices are very fair, their service is exceptional, and the workmanship is flawless. This jeweller truly is a hidden gem — a real diamond among stones! I’m so glad to have found them and wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Would love to give more stars absolutely Fantastic and highly recommend. Did a google search this morning and came across this jewellers. Called and asked if able to do a repair to a necklace. Able to fit me in and fix /polish on the same day. Very reasonable prices and have gone above and beyond. Will definitely use this jewellers again Thank you so much for everything

I took an item of jewellery in for 'refurbishment' not really expecting the jeweller to take on the request, he looked at and said ''I have a lot on, give me 3 weeks'' and quoted a price. 3 weeks later and what 'Fantastic' job he did. Many thanks Mr Hanson. Highly recommended.
