I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. The service from this supplier has been consistently poor. Orders have arrived late on multiple occasions, and the communication has been minimal or non-existent when issues arise. On top of that, the quality of the clothing hasn’t matched the price — The orders are consistently incorrect. As a football club relying on reliable suppliers, this has caused disruption and frustration. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements,

Racing Club Warwick partnered with Versa early this year after having multiple issues with our previous supplier including Minimum order quantity's, we met with multiple manufactures in 2024 & After a meeting with Fraser from Versa with the variety of products, designs and fabric and the service they could provide our mind was made up. We’ve had an excellent experience with Versa and can’t recommend them enough! Fraser and Anna have both been fantastic provide outstanding customer service, always going above and beyond. The quality of their products is fantastic, with a great range of items. Their club shop has been a game-changer—it’s incredibly convenient for fans and parents to order directly, which has taken so much of the stress off our club volunteers. Another standout feature is the flexibility they offer—unlike many of the big manufacturers, there are no minimum order quantities. This makes it so much easier to get what we need when we need it without unnecessary hassle. Overall, Versa has been brilliant, and we’re thrilled to to have partnered with them.

Versa took over as our kit supplier at Hempstead Valley FC 2 years ago after a nightmare experience elsewhere. The options and level of detail in matching not only our design, but also the fabric and exact colours has been fantastic. They have created a club shop which has been brilliant for parents and coaches to order directly when needed, and the ease of communication has been exactly what is needed for any club. Whether a call or email, I've had a reply every time and quickly. Sublimated kits are never going to be an overnight delivery, but with realistic and honest expectations, we are now transitioning the entire club on to the Versa kits which look and feel great. Sizing has also been very good, however to play it safe, we purchased a "try on" shirt in most sizes to avoid mistakes. Really good company, clear communication and excellent quality sportswear 👍

Really impressed with the new Versa Vanguard range. Loving the new Hybrid jacket, polo and hoody! On first wear and wash the quality seems much better than a couple of similar pieces I bought from a huge brand name recently.

Great customer experience - Anna couldn't do anymore for me. Lengthy, detailed response for any little query I had...always kept in the loop. Would 1000% recommend if you're buying kits.
