Greg is so knowledgeable, in his PC builds, this is my 2nd purchase from him, and he has helped me so much when choosing my PC and what I needed, discussed all my options, and advised me on everything, his after sale support is nothing less than perfect. Once parts where agreed for the build, it was completed in a very timely manner, and communicated with me though out the build. Being a gaming streamer I would 100% recommend his services to any one that asks for recommendations.

I can’t express how amazing my experience was with this company ! It was 10 star ⭐️ I haven’t got a clue about computers or gaming & when my son asked for a gaming pc for his birthday I had a quick google & was pleasantly surprised you could get a full bundle frm Amazon ! This quickly took a turned as I learned there are many different aspects needed to run certain games & it turned out the main game he wanted was the reason why he wanted a pc in the first place! I was then in trouble & time was not on our side, I was searching none stop for 3days very stressed & not having any luck in finding one that was good enough to play this game without it costing an absolute fortune & then I was still terrified that I’d read it correctly & it would work! I then luckily came across there website & not only did it have an email to contact, it had a mobile number & online form, that I immediately filled out & message, as it was quite late at nite , explaining what I needed. The next morning they rang me back & had a good chat about what I wanted & how I little time I had before his birthday! They immediately got to work , & did more than build the perfect pc they ended up putting together an even better one than intended as a couple of the parts wasn’t in stock in time for it to be delivered in time. They rang me with the updates & shipped it straight out to me, this all happened within 3days . My son was absolutely over the moon I can tell you & I can honestly say this company has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life! My teenage son bought with his savings a custom-built computer from Greg last year and is really happy with it. We drove from West Yorkshire to Hull for it, but it was really worth. Greg is a really pleasant person and lovely to deal with. Thank you! :)

Got my PC upgraded a few months ago and haven’t got a single complaint. Products are always up to scratch and are as requested or better. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone looking into getting into PC gaming or just PC’s in general 👌

The PC was delayed getting delivered because of Royal Mail. I contacted Greg and he couldn't have been more helpful. The PC is excellent and came very well packed. I found they are also a bit cheaper than other sites. I would definitely recommend and use Galactic Gaming again.
