Wheelchair access is very poor. The accessible room is so small I could not manoeuvre my chair around the bed. The wet room was very dirty and the toilet was very low and not the right height for a wheelchair user. The website says all public areas are accessible but this is not true. You cannot access the breakfast / dining room as there is a flight of steps and no lift. The staff were quite rude and didn’t offer to help with getting food on either day we were there. The patio and outside areas are also not accessible. The staff were unhelpful and quite rude. They didn’t seem to be able or willing to help disabled customers (who had paid a lot of money to stay there). I would avoid staying here if you are a wheelchair user.
Lovely atmosphere with calm music in bar area. Stunning view and great service with staff taking care you feel welcomed. Melania on reception went above and beyond to help - keep it up!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its fabulous view of the Humber Bridge and the country park. The room was a great size and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. It did get a little warm during the summer, but the provided fan helped keep things comfortable. The restaurant offered a good evening menu, and being able to sit out on the decking with such a stunning view of the Humber Bridge was a real bonus. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally attentive and went the extra mile to look after me, especially after hearing about my running journey. A special mention to Melania, Zoe, and Courtney — they are a real credit to the hotel and provided outstanding service throughout my stay.
Excellent hotel for both business and leisure stays. The staff — especially Louise, Charles, Brian, Zoe, and Mel — are always welcoming and attentive. Great value, clean facilities, good gym, and stunning views. Each visit has only improved on the last. Highly recommend.
Great parking free when staying in the hotel, nice open field for dog walking. Breakfast good choice of hot food and eggs to order. Room 129 signature suit nice and well presented upgraded at check in definitely worth it. Chicken curry and fish nice, will come again.
