Joining Effective Fitness has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had reached a point where I felt frustrated about not prioritizing my health, do I decided to reorganize my routine and commit to making a change. Although I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing at first, I knew I needed to focus on strength training, proper nutrition, and weight management. From the very beginning, John, the owner, took the time to explain everything clearly with no pressure to join . He explained from portion sizes and daily protein requirements to the importance of hydration. He also emphasized how crucial it is to build and maintain muscle strength, particularly as we age, since muscle deterioration can affect balance and overall mobility. After reviewing my options, I chose to begin the 6 week program. The coaches guided me through each exercise, explaining their purpose and adapting them to accommodate my back and knee concerns. Their attentiveness and expertise made me feel supported and gain confidence. The atmosphere at Effective Fitness is welcoming friendly and relaxed. The one to one and small group coaching ensures that every individuals needs are understood, and programs are tailored accordingly. John and the coaching team are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely encouraging , they answer questions, provide advice , and check in regularly to ensure you're progressing comfortably. Everyone I've met there has been friendly has a sense of humour and approachable, and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Effective Fitness is never overcrowded , and the personalized approach makes you feel valued and listened to. I wholeheartedly recommend Effective Fitness to anyone, regardless of age. It's a place where you'll be supported motivated , and guided towards achieving your personal health and fitness goals . Sorry for ranting on but I felt I had to share my experience . This gym has been a god send for me. Before I started I felt very lost and stuck in my ways. I have been there four weeks and I’m feeling so much better, physically and mentally. The staff are amazing and helpful, the classes are fun and you leave with such a positive feeling. The guidance they offer along with support and advice is unmatched. I look forward to every session and even when I’m not having a good day, i will leave there feeling so much better. You won’t regret walking through them doors, I won’t look back now.
Excellent team, from the initial meeting it has been a very supportive, friendly team on hand to guide you through the nutrition side, always on hand for advice and the classes are amazing small friendly group sensations where you are made to feel comfortable no matter what your abilities are. Exercises are always adapted to suit any injury. 5 star service, thank you.
I’m 4 weeks in on the 6 weeks plan and already 10lb down, my strength and fitness have improved too. The programme is easy to follow and I was surprised how quickly my habits changed. Training is great, the sessions fly by and all the coaches are fab! Looking forward to becoming a full member. Thanks guys 💪🏻
