Ron Cooke Hub – Discovery Zone at the York Festival of Ideas. We visited the Ron Cooke Hub for the Discovery Zone event at the York Festival of Ideas and really enjoyed it. The building is modern and spacious, with a bright and welcoming design. The event was well run, with fun and educational activities for all ages. Thank you to the volunteers who gave up their Sunday to come and help out. The on-site café served tasty bacon rolls and great coffee, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. We also loved the peaceful outdoor area with the lake and lily pads — a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll.
