Just spent 5 nights here .. great location! It’s a 20 minute lovely walk to York minster .. and parking behind the pub.. is FREE! Ryan the owner & the team were very welcoming.. Food in the pub was amazing and great value too.. Definitely will book here again next time we visit.. Oh and also 50 yards away from the pub is a Morrisons local and a Chippy! ( Tho we never tried the Chippy ) Picture is of our meal in The Nags head Heworth .. Flat iron steak and chicken burger😊
The most amazing pub, the staff are amazing and will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make your stay the best stay in York. Food is amazing and the menu has great choice definitely worth a visit
Had a top notch pork butty, the most perfectly cooked and seasoned chips with a fresh crisp side salad. Highly recommend!
Lovely stay here for the Christmas market. Ryan and team made us very welcome and the food was excellent, really hope the business goes from strength to strength.
Delicious food . Had the softest roast beef ever . Served with a smile. Great value for money . Unfortunately no disabled toilets .
