Ordered on just eat. Got wrong order so when I called to explain they to see if they correct it they didn't listen and then hung up. Very poor customer service so god only knows what the food is like. Just eat lso no help they don't give a hoot as l9ng as u have paid and said 7 days for refund even thought we all know u can use faster payments for refund straight away. They are happy to take ur money straight away but won't refund
It was delivered by one of their own drivers, who looked grumpy and never spoke once, despite me being super polite saying "hello", "thank you" etc. The food was disappointing. Despite me living less than a mile away, the food was barely luke warm when it arrived. The food was below average for the money, so would never order from here again.
Didn't even receive my food. Absolutely disgusting and awful service. I'd be happy to see this place go out of business. The worst possible delivery, kept the food and told us to ask for a refund the next day after not delivering to such an obvious address. DO NOT ORDER HERE!! You will not get your food. Foul behaviour. Foul. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Pre ordered 15 minutes before it was delivered I was informed it had been cancelled. I pre ordered at 1600 hrs for 1800hrs dilvery. Paid money left my bank with in seconds now told refund would be within 5 to 7 working days. What a rip-off I shall be reporting to trading standards
I knew this wouldn’t have been the best from the reviews already. But wow probably the worst ever takeaway, chicken burger that wasn’t cooked properly and still pink in the middle so I couldn’t eat it, bun was burnt and chips were just oven cooked and skinny. Never again.
