Fresh Air Floorcare

We’ve had our stone kitchen flooring for ten years and tried so many methods to clean it and seal it - I’ve always hated that it looks dirty no matter how much it’s washed/mopped! I contacted Joseph who came to do a patch test so we could see if it would work, this was brilliant as it gave us lots of reassurance it was worthwhile doing! Having moved into a house where I just couldn’t get rid of the very strong odour of dogs from previous occupants, I realised the animal oils and smell must be ingrained in the natural limestone floor, rather than just being on the surface. So, I got in touch with Fresh Air Floorcare. Joseph came and used heavy duty equipment to bring about an unbelievable transformation. Not only was the animal odour completely eliminated, but the removal of dirt and grime restored the stone to its original lighter colour, which brightened up the rooms. Joseph cannot be faulted. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy, diligent, respectful and paying great attention to detail. I would definitely use him again or recommend to others. Great job - thank you! I honestly thought nothing could be done to improve our quartz worktop – it had become so dull and lifeless over time. I contacted Fresh Air Floorcare, and Joseph came out to take a look. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The difference after Joseph worked his magic is unbelievable! The worktop looks brand new again – it has a beautiful, fresh shine that I didn’t think was even possible to restore. I’ve attached some before-and-after images. You can clearly see in the photos with the tape how dull and flat it looked before, and now it’s completely transformed. I can’t recommend Joseph and Fresh Air Floorcare highly enough. If you’re thinking your surfaces can’t be saved, give them a call – you’ll be amazed!

Joe came to clean and seal our Yorkshire stone hall floor. We’ve never had this done in 30 years of being here (desperately needed doing). The results were absolutely astonishing and we are very pleased with it!! Joe himself was very professional and personable. I would have him again and would recommend him to everyone.
