I was very happy with the service I received when recently selling my lease. The sale took longer than anticipated through no fault of their own and although a little frustrating at times the team dealt with it proficiently. They were very friendly, patient, and professional at all times, especially the lovely Janet, nothing was too much trouble for her, she just got on and dealt with whatever was thrown at her. I’d also like to thank Rosie & Lucy who helped play a part In making the sale come to fruition. Thanks guys you were wonderful 💖

Janet is always very professional and patient to solve problems.This team able to help you through it and they will proactively resolve any of the problems for you just like they did it for me. If I need to buy or sell a business in the future, I will definitely choose them again!

Not a company to use if you want things done promptly and accurately. Six weeks late to deliver the service we paid for and littered with errors. Barry is never available to take telephone calls and no-one else ever seems able to help in his absence. Not recommended if you want things done quickly.

5 Star sums it up!! Employed Barry Crux & Co to find new tenants for our pub (The Rose & Crown) and am pleased to report that they have now found us new people with impeccable backgrounds of success in the industry & looked after everything from start to finish. At times, there were some difficult issues to resolve, yet negotiations were handled amicably by them with total professionalism that only people with years of experience can achieve. This isn't the first time that we've used Barry Crux & Co. They recently successfully found new tenants for two other businesses that we own (a hairdressers & a beauty business). Whilst Barry has been our principal contact, we must also mention his very knowledgable staff who thoroughly understand our needs. It's great to know that your phone call will be dealt with by someone trustworthy & capable and that you'll get your enquiry answered rather than passed on. We just wouldn't now consider using anyone else as we have been delighted by their service. Simples!

The team at Barry Crux were excellent during our recent commercial let. It was our first experience of taking a lease of this size and they were fantastic at keeping us informed, going over and above to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, stepped in to liaise with our solicitor in order to keep the let moving forward, and even met me at 7am to accept a builders delivery when the completion fell behind schedule. Janet was great during our enquires, Will was always extremely helpful and accommodating during viewings and visits, and Rosie was absolutely fantastic as keeping things moving, offering us help and advice, and in dealing with our enquires, questions and concerns. The team are so incredibly helpful and we can't thank them enough for their help and support.
