Jon and team managed the rental of a property of mine in York for many years under their Guaranteed Rent Service. They took away all the hassle and I didn't have to worry about voids etc. When I decided to sell the property, Northwood handled the sale and again it was a stress free experience.

Northwood Agency is one of the professional and responsive agencies in York. I had a great experience working with them. They are more than just an agency; they are extremely helpful and supportive. I rented a flat from them 7 months ago, and during this time, I experienced nothing but help and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
