Boiler service booked online via the website. Ken called first to say that he was going to be early and that was fine by us! Very friendly and knowledgeable chap and carried out a meticulous and thorough service (which I might add no other heating engineer has done in the past). Would recommend 100% and will definitely use for our next service. Thanks!!
I recently booked a Gas Safe test and had to change the dates several times due to unexpected circumstances. Despite this, Ken was incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the whole process. He adjusted the schedule without any issues and made sure everything still ran smoothly. The test itself was carried out professionally, with clear explanations and attention to detail. I really appreciated the patience and flexibility shown—it made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommended!
