Have used them for years for my late fathers and my mothers prescriptions. So many errors have stopped using them now after my mother been told about having to pay for her prescription to be delivered and how such a good service they provide when she received her prescription half a hour later the same guy who had told her how good they where and why she had to pay came back because he had delivered her some one else’s prescription!! My mother is losing her sight and can not read the labels so I cringe to think what would have happened if she took the wrong medication. 90% of the time there was a issue and this is not the first time the wrong prescription has been delivered so enough was enough and have left.

Served by a terribly rude woman, loud and bullish. Have never been spoken to in such a way by a shop assistant. She seemed to want to start an argument and was absolutely shocking. She shouldn’t work in customer service. I shall never visit this Lloyd’s pharmacy again. I’m sure some of the staff who work here know who this is about and will know she shouldn’t deal with customers. If you’re looking for a professional, polite, helpful pharmacy then I suggest Parker’s pharmacy only a couple of minutes drive away.

Always helpful to me. And very fast service if you have a prescription sent by the doctor it is processed and need it ASAP it is done with in the half hour 😀

The service here is very slow. The parking is chaotic and shared with other businesses. They have made mistakes on multiple occasions; I refuse to use this business any more.
