We had a problem with a blockage in our pipes and Jonny was incredibly helpful at the first point of contact, phoning me and talking through the problem while making suggestions and putting me at ease that it probably wasn't as bad as I had feared. He managed to send Dave round within a couple of days, keeping me up to date throughout, and Dave was quite possibly the friendliest, most polite man I have ever met. He was reassuring, careful and explained everything to me in detail so that even I could understand. He did the work without a fuss, left everywhere clean and tidy, despite some confusion over where the blockage was and him having to do a lot of exploring and problem solving. I would highly, highly recommend using Colin Bell and Son, it was truly a pleasant experience and I am very grateful for the work they did.

Colin came out to fix a high flush toilet which turned out to be very tricky. He worked so hard and kept us informed of the progress. He tided up once he had finished and left it spotless. Thank you so much
