I left my 2 suitcases on 25.08.2026 when I came back and found the zipper of my suitcase opened. I expected proper security, but instead the bags were just dumped in a dirty corner of the shop with no protection at all. This place is poorly managed, not secure, and I definitely don’t recommend leaving anything valuable

I cannot recommend this luggage deposit place enough! Not only is their service top-notch, but their flexibility and patience are truly remarkable. Despite being 10 minutes late, they waited for me without any hassle. The convenience and peace of mind they provided during my visit to york were invaluable. Next time you're in york and need a reliable place to store your luggage, look no further! Highly recommend

We left our suitcases here last week, when we got home we noticed that the zipper of the suitcase was damaged, and also the porcelain gift I bought for my mother was broken. We thought the suitcases were stored in a real safe place here, but when we went there we saw that the suitcases were stored in this corner of the shop. I definitely do not recommend this place.
