Wow. Where do I start. Jan from Apple Tree Cakery is amazingly talented and make the most delicious cakes. I've been lucky enough to work with Jan for a number of years now in the wedding industry and have photographed her cakes. I have recently received my very own cake from can and it blew me away. Everything from the taste, the structure and styling of the cake is 100% and I would highly recommend any to use Apple Tree Cakery York.

Jan is one of the best wedding cake makers out there (her cupcakes are pretty special too!). Having tried my fair share of wedding cakes, working in the wedding industry, Jan's cakes are up there with the best. She is also one of the nicest ladies you could meet and offers a friendly yet professional service. Would recommend to anyone!

Jan made an amazing selection of delicious cupcakes for our silver wedding anniversary party which all the guests devoured. The gluten free cupcakes were a particular hit with our coeliac guests - I don't think they'd ever had any as good. Jan was great to work with, decorated the cupcakes beautifully with different silver-themed decorations, and was able to deliver on a Saturday evening to one of the most access-restricted parts of central York. We'd definitely recommend Apple Tree Cakery.

I can’t recommend Apple Tree Cakery highly enough. Jan is so lovely, and so very talented. I ordered a cake for my mum’s 70th birthday. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious.

At short notice,two weeks, Jan produced an exceptional birthday cake for19 people to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I can’t recommend her highly enough. As a man more used to eating cake rather than organising the making of one Jan imparted her knowledge and expertise as to what was possible She came up trumps.
