I had a very unpleasant experience due to the manager, a woman who is consistently rude and has a bad attitude. She constantly points things out in a confrontational way and gives customers instructions, only to then have a go at them for doing exactly what she told them to do. On top of that, she has a habit of touching babies’ faces without any consent, which is completely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable and really lets the place down.

Great staff shop always clean. And they are always willing to help. Is my local shop so in there most days always have a quick chat. Lovely
