Fantastic from start to finish. The guy in the showroom was great, no pushy sales. Left is to look and advised when we asked. The 2 young lads who came to fit the fire were so polite and just got on with the job. Would highly recommend 👌

Great experience from the moment we walked into the showroom. Mum has now had a fire fitted and we couldn't be happier. Everyone was so helpful, especially the engineers. They kept in close contact regarding the time they would arrive and worked so quickly and cleanly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the firm.

I can honestly say the bold man who came to our home iv never had from flames he needs to learn some manners , iv used this company twice before and never been spoke to like he spoke to me and my partner ! Iv run a bussiness for 40 years and I would never speak to a customer how he’s just spoke to us , he didn’t want to come out I don’t think I’m the first place and fine if our fire isn’t the right fit but he was so rude about our house then started on my dog because he was barking ! Well that’s our bussiness not his our dog is a lot nicer than you . Your mother didn’t do a very good job on the manner and arrogance front did she !! . Never ever again

Great service from start to finish... the two young men who came took the old fireplace out and they had to knock out some of the wall to board it out, they covered the carpet and furniture and where very tidy and took everything away so no mess or rubbish left behind. Also very polite young men we cannot recommend this company enough.

Brought Mum to buy a new gas fire. The chap in the shop was so very helpful, Mum purchased herself a lovely new fire. Within less than 2 weeks 2 chaps came and fitted it, taking her old one away. They left no mess behind, Mum is one happy lady.
